Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Eligibility
Timeframe: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery confirmation.
Condition Requirements:
- All items must be in original condition – unused and unopened
- Original packaging must be intact
- All product seals must be unbroken
- Include original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used skincare products (Face collections)
- Opened or used haircare products (Hair collections, ANTI-FRIZZ treatments)
- Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
- Personal care items where hygiene cannot be guaranteed
- Used AFTER SUN or Body care products
- Any ANTI-POLLUTION products with compromised packaging
Return Process
1 Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer care team within 15 days of receiving your order. Please use the Return Request Form below and email it to [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”.
2 Return Authorization
Once approved, we will email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions. Returns without this authorization cannot be processed.
3 Ship Your Return
Package your items securely and include the completed Return Request Form. Ship to:

Shipping Cost Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or defective product.
Refund Information
Processing Time
Once we receive your return, please allow:
- 3-5 business days for inspection and processing
- Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunded to your card account
- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
Exchange Process
To exchange an item for a different product from our collections (AFTER SUN, ANTI-FRIZZ, ANTI-POLLUTION, Body, Face, or Hair):
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Clearly indicate the replacement product you desire in the Return Request Form
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
- If it costs less, you’ll receive a refund for the difference
International Exchange Note: Due to global shipping considerations, exchanges may take additional processing time. We recommend checking product availability before requesting an exchange.
