Return & Exchange Eligibility
1 Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery confirmation. All items must be in their original condition – unused, unopened, and with original packaging intact.
2 Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used skincare and haircare products
- Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
- Personal care items where hygiene cannot be guaranteed

3 Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange:
- Product must be in original packaging with all seals intact
- Include original receipt or proof of purchase
- Items must not show signs of use or damage caused by the customer
Return Process
1 Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer care team within 15 days of receiving your order. Please use the Return Request Form below and email it to [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”.
2 Return Authorization
Once approved, we will email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Returns without this authorization cannot be processed.
3 Ship Your Return
Package your items securely and include the completed Return Request Form. Ship to:

Refund Information
1 Processing Time
Once we receive your return, please allow:
- 3-5 business days for inspection and processing
- Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method
2 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunded to your card account
- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
Exchange Process
1 Product Exchange
To exchange an item for a different product from our collections (AFTER SUN, ANTI-FRIZZ, ANTI-POLLUTION, Body, Face, or Hair):
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Clearly indicate the replacement product you desire
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
- If it costs less, you’ll receive a refund for the difference
